As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Support financial operations by managing day-to-day transactions.
- Prepare and submit invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Help in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Maintain an organised and updated record of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance function.
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- A solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
