Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to work from their head office based in Totton, Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements
- Maintain purchase records
- Handle all supplier payments
- Making BACS payments
- Bank reconciliation and accruals
Personal Requirements:
- Great team player, flexible to work extra hours at the end of the month if needs be to assist the accounts team.
- Previous experience is essential
- Good IT proficiency
