The position of Plater is available in Southampton with an immediate start and a duration of 2-3 months.
The role requires 40-50 hours of work per week until the end of September, increasing to 60-66 hours per week during the shutdown period until the end of November.
Pay rates are set at £21.27 per hour for the first 38 hours Monday to Friday, with overtime rates of £29.78 and £38.29 for additional hours.
Candidates must hold a CCNSG card and an NVQ or City & Guilds qualification, along with experience working in industrial environments such as power stations and refineries.
A DBS check is also required for this position.

PAYE Pay Rates: Blue Book Grade 5:
Days: 1st 38 Hrs Mon-Fri: 21.27/hr + Hol Pay
O/T 1: 29.78/hr
O/T 2: 38.29/hr
2.37/hr Bonus
48.16/night Lodge Allowance & Travel & Fare / Radius

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources are recruiting for additional Plater on behalf of our client for a major refinery in Southampton. Duties will include:

- Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
- Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
- Repairing heat distorted steel plate
- Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
- MMA welding on mild steel plate

Requirements:

- CCNSG card
- NVQ / City & Guilds qualification
- Experience of working on industrial sites ie power stations, refineries, steelworks
- DBS check
