What will the Bookkeeper role involve?- Managing bookkeeping for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
- Assisting with basic accounts preparation
- Providing payroll cover when needed
- Supporting clients with queries and financial reporting
- Working closely with accountants and tax professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Experience in a similar bookkeeping role within an accountancy practice ideally
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- AAT qualified or QBE (qualified by experience)
