Key Responsibilities:-
Perform general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs.

Ensure the site is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any issues.

Assist with setting up rooms for events or meetings.

Monitor and maintain heating, lighting, and security systems.

Support health and safety compliance, including fire safety checks.

Liaise with contractors and suppliers as needed.

Previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, or maintenance role is desirable.

Practical skills in basic repairs and maintenance tasks.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Good communication skills and a team player mentality.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

A full UK driving license is essential.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required for succesful applicants.

Basic IT skills for record-keeping.
