We have a great opportunity for someone who has some all round property maintenance experience to join our Clients team based in Southampton and providing a mobile maintenance service across the South Coast area
The Company are a leading business providing portable accommodation for a range of uses and a broad number of sectors.
Their range includes Site Cabins, mobile toilet units, welfare units (with kitchen built in), First aid rooms, office space and Showers.
About the role -
On a day-day basis you will travel out to Client locations where faults / issues have been reported and make suitable repairs in a timely fashion.
As this is a Client facing role you will need to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Ideally you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes.
About you -
- Basic Joinery and plumbing skills are required to prepare our portable accommodation units for hire.
- Able to work as part of a Team, supporting colleagues
- Flexible and self-motivated, you’ll be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home
- Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to ensure all works are completed to a high standard within a tight timescale
- Full Driving licence

- CSCS card for working on site
- Painting and decorating experience
- Property Maintenance experience
