Your new companyMy client is a large housing company which manage over 50,000 homes across the South.
Your new roleWe're looking for two Multi Trade Operatives to carry out a wide variety of repairs and maintenance duties in the Eastleigh, Salisbury, Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke,Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas.You will be working in the re-active repairs team so repairing and the property for the next tenant.Type of work you will be doing will include:-
- Kitchen repairs
- Bathroom repairs
- Plumbing - changing taps, fixing leaks, WC repairs/replacements
- Carpentry - fitting doors, skirting, boxing, etc
- Plastering - patch and full plaster
- Flooring - fitting and repairs to vinyl flooring, latexing
- Ground works - fitting of gates, fencing, brick work
The company are all about getting our fixes and installations 'right first time' so not only will top notch know-how be essential, but also agenuine pride in making sure your work's always carried out to the highest of standards.Not only this, they will issue you with your uniform, company device, van and fuel card so you can crack on with what you do best.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced multi-trader who is comfortable doing installs and fixes in domestic properties. You will need to be able to turn your hand to different tasks using a range of skills.
