Industrial Cleaner – Southampton
We are recruiting for Industrial Cleaners for our client, who are a full-stack property transformation company focussed purely on providing a world-class customer experience that homeowners can rely upon to bring their property dreams to life.
Role: Industrial Cleaner
Job type: Full time permanent
Salary: £30,000 + bonus
Days / Hours: Monday-Friday / 10hr days must be flexible with start and finish times – no weekends
Location: Southampton – however travel is required
Responsibilities:
- Roof Cleaning - using telescopic poles to steam clean
- Exterior building cleaning – windows, fascia
- Gutter cleaning
- Erecting tower scaffolds and operating cherry pickers
- Job and finish
Requirements:
- Physical Fitness - Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary.
- Attention to Detail - Careful attention to thorough cleaning in a consistent manner. Takes pride in their work.
- Reliability - Punctual and dependable, good attitude, with the ability to work independently.
- Communication - Good communication skills to report issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Full UK Driving licence
- Random drug testing is conducted
