Are you an experienced Business Solutions Analyst looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization? Were seeking a talented Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join a leading International Law firm, providing expert insight and support across key business functions. Based in either Jersey, Guernsey, or Southampton, this role offers a competitive salary of up to £75,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate these into actionable insights and specifications.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable business solutions that drive efficiency, enhance productivity, and support organizational objectives.
Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline processes, leveraging data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Take ownership of end-to-end project lifecycles, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance and building strong relationships across the business to drive effective collaboration.
Develop and deliver user training sessions, ensuring teams are fully equipped to utilize new systems and processes effectively.
We are looking for someone with the following experience.
Proven track record in a Business Solutions Analyst or similar role, with experience in process improvement, solution design, and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
Knowledge of business systems and technologies, with a particular emphasis on implementing software solutions and integrating new tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable manner.
