- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and inform them of our tailored recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches both virtually and in person.
- Collaborate with our marketing and social media teams to create and deploy business development campaigns.
- Meet and exceed targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role customer facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- A competitive base salary of £30,000 per annum.
