We are looking for aBranch Assistantto join the Southamptonbranch(SO15):

Join one of theUKs leading distributorsofelectrical productsandsolution providerswith250+ branchesnationally with acore valueto developtalent & internal progression.

  • Monday to Friday shifts between 07:00 17:00

As aBranchAssistant,you will be the face of the branch, providingexcellent customer serviceon theTrade Counterto trade professionals and members of the public whilst taking ownership of shop displays tohighlight promotions and store offers.

This branch is a little different to a normal retail store, they have atrade counterinstead of a shop floor, awarehouseinstead of a stockroom alongside asales team & delivery driver -This means that no 2 days are the same forBranch Assistants.

Your days will vary fromselling products on the trade counter,calling customersto buildrapport and drive customer loyalty, completing deliveries using the company van, andto popping into thewarehouse to pick & pack itemsto ensure customers orders are completed on time.

BranchAssistant - Experience & Attributes:
  • Must hold a Valid In-date Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Must beover 21 with no more than 3 points on licence
  • Customer focused, with experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Proactive approach and a natural flair for building relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
  • A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
  • Embracing of change and new technologies
  • Electrical product knowledge is advantageous
