FM Building Maintenance Supervisor - Permanent job - Southampton - £60,000 per annum

Essential Applicant Requirements:
- Very good previous experience as a building maintenance supervisor or hard services facilities supervisor
- Very good experience in electrical maintenance and repair work
- Multi Skilled maintenance and repair experience and knowledge of building facilities
- 18th Edition certificate
- Full Uk Driving licence
- PC Literate
- Southampton
Purpose Of Role:
- Supervision of a small building maintenance team at a commercial site in Southampton
- Carrying out hands on maintenance work - specifically electrical maintenance and repair
- Carrying out hands on general maintenance and repair work - basic plumbing, changing a tap, fixing a lock etc
- Completion of administration tasks such as maintenance reports
- Liaison with on site client
