- Maintain accurate data on the Council’s housing management system
- Process tenancy records using File Director for scanning and storage
- Handle phone enquiries and provide initial support to residents
- Assist customers with Homebid applications and bidding processes
- Book sign-ups and assist in tenancy paperwork preparation
- Support mutual exchanges, including processing and sign-ups
- Prepare case files for ASB cases and provide basic advice to residents
- Experience with tenancy and estate management administration
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally
- Knowledge of housing management systems and procedures
- Experience liaising with internal teams and external agencies
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 3 Month Contract
- £17.19 per hour LTD company rate / £14.65 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
