Copello are working with a manufacturing business based in Southampton who are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Training Manager to lead a training team of UK Manufacturing.


The Operations Training Manager will be accountable for the development and execution of the Operations Training strategy.


This role will be working in partnership with the managers of the business units and departments including H&S, Quality and Engineering.


Key requirements for the role are;

  • An experienced Training Leader, who has delivered multiple training and development programmes in large teams.
  • Experience of delivering operational training, ideally within a manufacturing / production environment.
  • Experience in data collection, delivering impactful metrics, compliance, identifying gaps and delivering a development strategy from start to finish and able to present in depth examples of this.
  • CIPD in Learning and Development (minimum Level 3) - desirable

This is a on site based position with some flexibility. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.


Alongside a competitive salary the company offers a bonus of 10% and 9% pension.
