Our client is looking for an experienced administrator with knowledge of Group risk who can come into the company and bring with them valuable expertise and the best level of support to help in the running of client portfolio's.
The role:
- Be the first point of contact for day to day administration from clients, providers and other internal and external sources
- Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner, meeting agreed SLAs and keeping all parties updated
- Ensure the smooth running of assigned client portfolio a day to day basis
- Develop, maintain and cultivate a constructive and professional relationship with Sales Executives, Clients and Insurers at all levels
- Ensure that client records and in house system is always kept up to date including new business, retention and financial information
