Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Programme Support Officer in Southampton.
Location: Southampton
Pay Rate: £12.79 (£26,603 per annum)
Contract: Temporary ongoing (minimum of 3 months)
Hours: 07:30-16:15 Monday to Thursday 07:30-15:15 Friday
The Role:
- Working in the Estate Maintenance Planning Team to allocate work to trade
- Ensure that materials are available by liaising closely with the materials hub
- Liaising with customers regarding their day-to-day repairs
- Provide performance information for housing maintenance
- Deliver a high standard in customer focused contact centre environment.
The Successful candidate:
- Good IT Skills
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Data entry experience
- Telephony experience
- Experience of providing a customer based service
The location of the site is not easily accessible by public transport so own transport would be advisable
