Are you looking for a full-time driving role with great benefits and the opportunity to go permanent? Driver Hire Southampton is recruiting for two 7.5T drivers for two of our valued clients based in the Southampton area. In these roles, you'll be delivering fixtures and fittings or insulation materials across the South Coast, providing excellent service to customers.
About the Role:
- Position: 7.5T Driver (drive 3.5T vehicles depending on deliveries)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 7:00 am (8-10-hour shifts)
- Contract: 12-week temp to perm/ Ongoing contract
- Deliveries: 10-15 drops per day
- Duties: Operating tail lift and pump truck for loading and unloading, delivering fixtures and fittings or insulation materials
What We're Looking For:
- Licence: Full and clean UK 7.5T driving licence
- Certifications: Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Experience: Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Skills: Good geographical knowledge of the South Coast, excellent communication, and customer service skills
- Attributes: Punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to company policies
