CMA HR Division are recruiting for a permanent Talent Advisor position for a client based in Southampton, Hampshire.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role focuses on internal recruitment and delivering an excellent onboarding journey whilst responding to the hiring needs of the business.

What will Talent Advisor role involve?

  • To identify the demands that effect the organisation and understand the unique roles within the business;
  • Working in conjunction with and managing all recruitment between the Recruitment Team;
  • Support with writing Job Descriptions and ensuring they capture all relevant information;
  • Network and create effective adverts to attract the best talent using various platforms;
  • Schedule interviews both online and face to face by liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process;
  • Ensure compliance is received from candidates including obtaining references;
  • Make verbal offers of employment, ensuring the candidate and business have a mutually beneficial outcome by negotiating where necessary
  • Ensure an excellent onboarding journey for employees, from issuing contracts to identifying opportunities to continuously improve the process.

Suitable Candidate for Talent Advisor vacancy:

  • Experience of internal recruitment, working within a HR team;
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and writing job descriptions;
  • Ability to drive and holds full UK driving license.
