Driver Hire Southampton is seeking dedicated drivers to join our team and work with a highly reputable client based in Hampshire. The Role:
- Position: Class 2 Driver (Flatbed Vehicle)
- Contract: 12-week temp-to-perm, with a chance to go permanent
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
- Shift Length: 8-10 hours per day
- Deliveries: 8-12 daily deliveries of steel and metal products across Hampshire
- Responsibilities: Securing loads using straps and chains (no handballing required)
What You Need:
- Licence: Full and valid Class 2 (CAT C) licence
- Certifications: Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Experience: At least 1 year of Class 2 driving experience (experience with strapping and chaining is preferred)
- Skills: Excellent timekeeping and strong customer service abilities
- Transport: Must have your own transport for commuting to work
