Litigation Executive - Motor Claims (Southampton) | Hybrid Working

Are you a motivated legal professional looking to develop your litigation career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are recruiting for a Litigation Executive to join a fast-growing Motor team in Southampton.

About the Role

As a Litigation Executive, you will handle a caseload of litigated motor claims (OIC, MOJ, and small claims), working independently while collaborating with a team of legal professionals. You will have the opportunity to manage your own files, draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and attend court hearings, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with industry regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Law degree/GDL/LPC or equivalent qualification (or relevant experience in claims handling/insurance).
  • Experience managing a litigated caseload (defendant-side preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and SRA Code of Conduct.
  • Strong case management, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities.
