They are looking for a chef with a passion for fresh ingredients.

The successful Chef de Partie will have:

Experience as a CDP
Ideally NVQ levels 2&3
Hotel or Restaurant background
Great cooking ability
Thrive in the busy kitchen environment
Own transport
