Our amazing client, a 3 Rosette Kitchen near Southampton, are in search of an experienced Chef de Partie. This property is a busy outlet catering for up to 70 covers per service. You would be in charge operationally of a section while rotating through the kitchen. The propetry is very much focused on achieving a Michelin star in the years coming so requires an operator who can lead from the line as a true people leader.
