Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established restaurant their search for an experienced Chef de partie that is also skilled with using a Wok. This busy and well-known site serves up a selection of Southeast Asian dishes to its loyal clientele. They would like to take the site to the "next level", increasing the number of covers and the dining experience, adding a bar menu and wine pairings.

Our client's ethos is to cook traditional Asian cuisine using modern techniques. They have a true passion for Hampshire ingredients paired with imported spices from China, Malaysia and Thailand.

You must have experience with cooking with a wok and understand Pan Asian cuisine.

What's involved?

As a Wok chef you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish is executed with precision and flair. The ideal candidate will have proven experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.

You will be collaborating closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality that aligns with our client's standards.
