You will be working Straightshifts
Heading up the whole kitchen operation including paperwork
Free reign on menus for the Restaurant & C&B Operation
Menu concept is modern English using local suppliers
We are looking for a Head Chef who is a hands-on chef, A head chef who has previous experience of writing your own menus whilst training and developing the current team
