Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with newly refurbished café in Swanwick, that reopens in the middle of July.

They are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their culinary team as a Sous chef.

You will be the cornerstone of the kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence. The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef position will possess a passion for cooking, a flair for menu development, and the ability to inspire a team.

What's involved?

You will monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins whilst ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times. You will also be responsible for running the kitchen during the Head chef's absence.
