ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Drive and grow core product sales in line with the company strategy to achieve annual sales growth and profit targets for a set of accounts from a variety of different industry sectors within a geographical region.
  • Setup regular F-2-F meetings with key stakeholders within existing and newly identified clients within target market sectors.
  • Develop and build strong working relationships with customers at various levels within our customers organisations.
  • Identify and develop business with new customers through engagement with colleagues and by utilising CRM systems, LinkedIn etc.
  • Generate sales plans to enable ERIKS to penetrate new customers and increase our share of wallet by undertaking white space analysis.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in sales administration, pipeline management and call reporting.

Working Hours:

Mon- Fri: 8.30 - 17.30

Weekly hours: 39

Breaks: 30 min

ABOUT YOU:

  • 'Strong sales background with a positive can do attitude.
  • Proven track record of sales / business development preferably within MRO / Engineering sector (Bearings and Lubrication, Power Transmission, Fluid Power, Transfer & Control, Flow Control, Industrial MRO).
  • Experience of selling products into Utility, Power, Food & Beverage, Petro Chemical and general industry sectors.
  • Knowledge of ERIKS core product offering (Power Transmission, Fluid Power, Flow Control, Bearings, Seals) would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of digital based solutions would be advantageous but not essential
  • Awareness of the competitor and customer landscape within the region
  • Existing customer relationships within the industry would be beneficial.
