Exciting Field Sales Management opportunity within the Foodservice sector

THE COMPANY:

We have over 30 years’ experience providing a comprehensive range of Catering products to the Foodservice Market.

A large proportion of our product base is disposables and light equipment related, although we are able to provide a one stop solution for most non-food needs for catering establishments.

As one of the largest wholesalers in the South of England and have a fantastic reputation for providing a high quality, practical and innovative range of products.

Although we are an established business, due to recent success we’re growing our sales team with the addition of further Account Managers.

THE ROLE:

This position in an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a company with ambitious growth plans.

You will inherit an established team of Field Sales execs and Internal Account Managers.

You will be responsible for adding a minimum of 2 further members to this team in the near future, so the role offers an interesting blend of managing an established team whilst building it with adding further talent.

Your work with the team will involve training, mentoring and performance management, in addition to supporting with key projects with major accounts.

In addition to this you will also manage you a small portfolio of Key Accounts directly - mostly accounts within the areas of leisure, hotels, restaurants and cafes.

This hybrid role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys both account and man management.
