The Role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team in a newly created role.

This position is ideal for a data-driven Marketer who enjoys working with data, getting involved in marketing operations and CRM, has hands-on skills building and managing campaigns in HubSpot, and is skilled in analysing and reporting campaign results.

This is a pivotal role in their growth strategy, focusing on improving lead sources, creating and executing campaign workflows, and driving key decision-making based on marketing campaign data. The successful candidate will work in a small team and closely with the senior leadership team and sales teams in a revenue-focused, digital campaign management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns from workflow builds, and campaign monitoring, to post-campaign analysis using HubSpot.
  • Analyze and improve lead sources across digital platforms
  • Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns to build pipelines within target industries
  • Focus on commercial outcomes, developing ideal customer profiles, and engaging messaging
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Plan and measure A/B tests, brainstorming innovative growth strategies
  • Define and track campaign metrics to ensure business impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and product teams
  • Communicate campaign strategy and results with stakeholders
  • Manage and track leads working in close collaboration with sales
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in executing commercial outcome-driven, end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Experience building, optimising, and managing campaigns in HubSpot
  • Ideally experience with HubSpot Hubs (not essential)
  • CRM and marketing operational skills and advantage
  • Experience working in partnership with digital marketing transformation agency an advantage
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to craft compelling stories and effective messaging
  • Thrives in a test, measure, and improve culture
  • Passion for making a difference in a fast-paced, agile team
  • Confident in taking on this role with minimal training, ready to add value immediately
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Adwords, and social media (hands-on management not required as these are executed by a different team)
