Sales ExecutiveYacht Marina, Southampton£28,392.00 + Quarterly Bonus  A unique opportunity to join a leading marina operator as a Sales Executive in the vibrant city of Southampton! My client operates out of multiple marinas in the UK and abroad, providing premium berthing and boatyard services. They require a dedicated and passionate person to join their team who is focused on sales performance as well as delivering superb customer service.  The main responsibilities of the Sales Executive are:
  • Responsible for the area’s annual berthing sales performance by targeting new berth holders
  • Selling other income lines such as storage and commercial sales
  • Brief the Marina Managers and their teams on the sales pipeline for their site
  • Responsible for ensuring that all KPI reporting is accurate and up to date
  • Assist the marketing team with communications relating to the sale of any of the company’s offerings
  • Carrying out detailed marketplace and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the trends and maximise sales
The candidate:
  • A positive and proactive attitude is a must
  • Experience in working in sales and a customer orientated environment
  • Hungry for success and a passion for delivering excellent service
  • A background in boating or working in a marina is ideal but not essential
This is a fantastic job in sailing sales which requires the successful individual to take ownership of their own role and monitor their own performance. You must be an outgoing character who thrives in and enjoys meeting the demands of a fast-paced environment head on!
