The Sales Executive (Maritime) will provide an outstanding customer experience and administer maritime professional short course bookings in a highly efficient manner. The Executive will be required to grow the school’s income by ensuring current and new clients are served in the best and most efficient way possible.

The Short Course Sales Team in Warsash Maritime School (WMS) has a vacancy for a Sales Executive (Maritime).

As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities include administration of all maritime professional short courses and the booking system. You will ensure all sales enquiries receive outstanding customer service and that delegates are enrolled in an efficient manner and in accordance with professional body requirements and university procedures.

You will support the Sales Team Leader in executing sales campaigns to commercial clients and monitor market and competitor activity. You will also work closely with academic heads, course leaders and the corporate business team and ensure the University maintains and excellent reputation in outward facing communication.

You will have a degree or equivalent/relevant sales and/or marketing experience. Experience of providing good customer services administration in a large organisation; ideally within an education or commercial training environment; alongside a high level of administration and communication skills are essential.
