About the Role:We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead a team in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer loyalty, sales, and profit. You will own the cross-channel CRM strategy, manage budgets, and collaborate with key business functions to deliver measurable results. This role will also play a critical part in the relaunch of the company's loyalty proposition.
