The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are delighted to present a superb opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join one of our long-standing clients at their modern, refurbished showroom located in the outskirts of Southampton.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident and experienced Sales Executive to step into a senior role within a supportive and successful dealer environment.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling both new and used vehicles, delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales process. You will be a driven individual who leads from the front, consistently achieves targets, and sets high standards across the sales floor.
This role would suit a proven car sales professional looking to progress into a more senior role or someone already operating at senior level ready for a new challenge.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Sales Executive:
Delivering a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
Achieving and exceeding both individual and team sales targets
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest models and features
Working closely with management to drive showroom performance
Supporting and mentoring junior sales team members where required
A minimum of 2-3 years motor trade experience is essential
Full UK driving licence is required
The Package:
Basic Salary: £21,000
Realistic OTE: £60,000+
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 6:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday - 1 in 3 rota
Day off in the week
