Are you a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join TimePlan Education and work in nurseries and schools across Southampton, supporting the growth and development of young children in a fun and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day care and learning activities for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote child development.
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for children.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all children receive the best start to their education.
  • Ensure the highest levels of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding at all times.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (desirable).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A passion for working with young children, helping them grow and thrive.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
