Team Standards Coordinator

Duration: Initially 3 months
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £20 umbrella an hour (£16.10 PAYE an hour)

Southampton City Council are looking for a Team Standards Coordinator to join their Childrens Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Organise systems for planning, monitoring and tracking key statutory activities to ensure full team compliance with statutory responsibilities and expected key activities
  • To support information gathering and responses to complaints, alerts and FOI requests to ensure the team is acting in accordance with its published procedures and statutory timescales
  • Ensure that all casework information is recorded accurately and fully
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of recordings within Case Management systems

Requirements:
  • High level of Education (A Level)
  • Excellent IT knowledge and applied skills in an office environment
  • Experience in using MS Office including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word etc.
  • Proven experience of being proactive and solutions orientated
  • Experience of working in an environment of tight deadlines
  • Confident in minute taking at complex meetings
