The Role
- Handle building fabric tasks: joinery, glazing, floor laying
- Work across residential & commercial properties
- Ensure project quality standards are met
- Occasional site travel
- Company Vehicle
The Person
- Maintenance Engineer or similar
- Background in flooring and fenestration
- Full UK driving license, willing to travel
- Commutable to Southampton
