The Southampton office has recently launched its civils team, with a focus on development infrastructure, highways, drainage and sustainable solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing team and work on a diverse range of exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the design of highways, drainage, and utilities for major developments.
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports, including Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
- Mentoring and managing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Contributing to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting the growth of the team's workload.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
