Salary: 45,000 - 47,000 per annum + Van

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering aspects of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met.
- Manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in the preparation of site plans, drawings, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any engineering challenges or issues.
- Support senior engineers and management with technical expertise and advice.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an engineering role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to commute to Southampton and manage daily site visits.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
