Description
The key responsibilities for the Business Development Executive role are:
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and expert advice on products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive and consultative selling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and meets company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive working environment.

The successful candidate for the Business Development Executive role is someone with the following:
