Head of Sales - Truck Division
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead our Truck Sales division, covering locations across the Southwest. If you're a skilled sales leader with a strong background in HGV sales and a passion for driving performance, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding results.

About the Role:
As Head of Sales, you will oversee sales operations across the Southwest, driving business growth and ensuring a first-class customer experience. Your leadership will be key in building a high-performing sales team and fostering strong relationships with customers and brand partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximise opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and key customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive targeted sales campaigns.
- Continuously review and refine sales processes for maximum efficiency.
- Manage new and used stock levels to achieve sales targets.
- Use data-driven insights and CRM tools to drive strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential: Previous experience in a senior sales role within the HGV or commercial vehicle industry.
- Proven Leadership: Track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Relationship Builder: Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Target-Driven: Ability to lead teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Data-Focused: Comfortable using CRM systems and analytics to inform decision-making.
