An award-winning, rapidly growing healthcare company is on the hunt for an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Manager. This is a remote role with occasional visits required at their office in the South. You will be covering the South of the UK.

As Business Development Manager, you will drive growth across key markets, identify fresh business opportunities and align with stakeholders to promote a diverse portfolio of healthcare products. Your consultative sales expertise will help you establish strong networks across decision-makers in larger trusts and organisations, making a tangible impact on the company's market presence.

The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional, skilled in understanding client needs and adept at closing deals. You’ll thrive in a solution-focused environment, maintaining a steady sales pipeline, and engaging with high-level stakeholders, prior experience in healthcare sales is not required just the ability to win new business from a B2B background.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Own sales targets with accountability for results
  • Manage a well-organised sales pipeline in line with company goals and strategy
  • Represent the company at conferences and networking events to expand relationships and business opportunities

  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on new business generation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience selling to decision-makers across multiple levels
  • Target-driven, with a history of success in Business Development Manager roles
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with strong time management abilities
  • Familiarity with sales processes and services
  • Creative, resilient, and proactive in tackling challenges
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
