- Responsible for the area’s annual berthing sales performance by targeting new berth holders
- Selling other income lines such as storage and commercial sales
- Brief the Marina Managers and their teams on the sales pipeline for their site
- Responsible for ensuring that all KPI reporting is accurate and up to date
- Assist the marketing team with communications relating to the sale of any of the company’s offerings
- Carrying out detailed marketplace and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the trends and maximise sales
- A positive and proactive attitude is a must
- Experience in working in sales and a customer orientated environment
- Hungry for success and a passion for delivering excellent service
- A background in boating or working in a marina is ideal but not essential
