Press Brake Operator

Our engineering client is currently looking for a press brake operator to to work within their busy manufacturing site in Southampton.

The ideal candidate will have previous press brake experience, so experience of cutting materials and carrying out basic visual inspection.

The job role will also involve the following:
•    Ensure that all work is clearly identified with the correct accompanying paperwork/work cards and job orders are completed using an electronic swipe or manually to ensure stock accuracy at all times.
•    Ensure that the first off inspection process is upheld and work is processed in line with the company’s Operator Quality Control Procedure and ISO 9001 quality standards. 
•    Follow company’s Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements and policies and ensure the correct PPE is worn at all times.
•    Ensure that the work areas and equipment are clean, organized and safe.

Hours:
Monday - Friday (days)
12.30am finish on a friday

Salary:
£12.50p/h - £15.00p/h
