Page Personnel is exclusively supporting a local education and training provider with their recruitment of an Assistant Site Manager to join their Estates team on a 3-6 month contract. Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will have a strong background in maintenance and maintenance admin as well as being highly trustworthy.

Client Details

Our client is based on the outskirts of central Southampton with free on site parking. Due to a change in the team, they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a temporary period.

Description

As the Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out key maintenance responsibilities
  • Liaising with external contractors/cleaners etc
  • Manage and maintain the grounds of the organisation
  • Work closely with senior leadership and communicate clearly around the maintenance budget
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture
  • Keep accurate maintenance records
  • Any other adhoc duties as and when required

Profile

In order to be considered for this role, you will be able to do most if not all of the above.

  • Hands on maintenance is an essential requirement
