My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor able to work on asocial housing contract with a large Housing Associationcovering the Southampton region.
My client is specifically seeking candidates with experience in Social Housing Planned Maintenance works.
The successful candidate will manage social housing maintenance works onlive sites.
Responsibilities
- Managing trades, site deliveries, H&S, site schedules, resporting to CM
- Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient project delivery
- Maintain a professional and organized approach to site supervision
Qualifications
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications
- Experience in social housing and a steady career history
- Ability to work with public sector clients and tenanted dwellings
- Ideally from a trades background
Day-to-day
The role will involve overseeing multiple live sites, arranging necessary resources, and maintaining regular communication with clients and the contracts manager.
