The Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards, all while meeting legal requirements, company procedures, and site-specific plans. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring high levels of customer service, financial efficiency, and maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance whilst meeting KPIs and quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and delegating responsibilities to ensure team development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external personnel, including shipping and forwarding departments.
  • Drive efficiency across the site, challenging processes and ensuring operations follow best practices.
  • Ensure all plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard for optimal performance.
  • Assist with the safe storage, testing, and export of commodities
  • Maintain good housekeeping and hygiene across the site, performing non-technical general maintenance as needed.
  • Operate site machinery, including ship loaders, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Attend training to comply with site quality, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site operations.

  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to changing business and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams, ensuring high performance and team morale.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while upholding Frontier's ICE values and contributing to a positive work environment.
