Project Manager required for Hard FM Project delivery in Southampton - PERMANENT POSITION
£50,000 per annum
Days Monday to Friday - however there will be a requirement to work pre-planned evenings and weekends.
General Purpose Of Role:
- Delivery of Hard FM Mechanical and Electrical projects in a large building in Southampton
- Adhering to Health and Safety standards
- Writing RAMS and SSOW's
- Management of Contractors
- Planning and scheduling Mechanical and Electrical tasks
- Southampton
Essential Requirements:
- Very good experience as a Project Manager
- Very good experience of delivering and overseeing Mechanical + Electrical projects
- A health and safety qualification is essential
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge related to project management
- Willingness to work pre-planned evenings and weekends when required
- Southampton
