We are seeking a General Builder to join a reactive repairs team in Hampshire.
The role involves completing various repairs including plastering, block and brick work, fencing, and roofing.
The position offers a salary of £33k+, along with a company van, fuel card, tools, and over 30 days of holiday.
Candidates should have multi-trade skills, social housing experience, and a full driving license, with relevant experience required.

We are looking for a General Builder in Hampshire to join a reactive repairs team. You will complete repairs including plastering, block and brick work, fencing and roofing.

Main duties include:

Plastering, roofing, brick repairs
Floor laying (vinyl)
Liasing with tenants ,

The General Builder will need:

Multi trade skills ( wet trades and general building)
Social housing experience
Full driving licence
