- Handle inquiries from clients and third parties with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Provide essential support through audio and copy typing, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Utilise Outlook, Word, and preferably Excel, to manage correspondence and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in commercial conveyancing is essential.
