Our client, a prominent organisation in the Southampton area , is currently seeking a Learning & Change Enablement Executive to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. This role will be pivotal in supporting learning and development initiatives that drive organisational change and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with developing and implementing L&D strategies that align with business goals
  • Facilitating change management processes to ensure smooth transitions
  • In conjunction with the HR team, designing and delivering bespoke training programmes to meet specific needs
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training interventions and making recommendations for improvement
  • Providing support and guidance to employees throughout the change process
  • Utilising data and feedback to continuously enhance L&D initiatives
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in Learning and Development and/or HR Teams
  • A background in supporting programs
  • Good Excel Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience contributing effectively to innovation, efficiency, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Relevant qualification in L&D or a related discipline is preferred
