Full time - 35 hours per week with flexible working
(Hybrid role - required to be office based on Wednesday and Thursday)
We are working with a leading law firm, to recruit a Complex and Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join their team, based in their Southampton office.

The Role:
Working directly with a market leading Partner and his team this is a great opportunity for someone to progress their career. The role will include pre and post litigation claims involving large loss with high value cases mainly over 5m including indemnity disputes, liability and quantum. The team deals with claims involving complex injuries, brain injuries, spinal injuries and amputations predominantly following motor accidents.
You will be working in a team of highly experienced professionals in an engaging and driven environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive. Our client will also consider candidates on the back of a training contract or experienced Paralegals.
- Have litigation experience
- Have experience in CCI with solid PI exposure
- Have strong organisation skills and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Be a good communicator and enjoy building relationships
- Be able to provide clear and concise advice
- Wish to learn new skills and acquire technical expertise
- Work well in a team and under supervision
- Excellent attention to detail, negotiation and analytical skills
